All Returns Must be Assigned an RMA Number Issued by Our Office

  • Eligible Items Purchased From Marsh Fasteners Can be Returned Within 45 Days of The Date We Ship The Item to You. Shipping Costs are The Responsibility of The Customer.
  • Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable and Non-Reimbursable.

Orders With Errors:

  • Please Contact us at 800 453-4642 to Report The Error. Additional Documentation May be Requested, Such as a Picture of The Product That you Received in The Original Packaging and The Packing Slip.
  • Contact Must be Made Within 15 Days of Order Receipt to Proceed With the Return Process. If The Product you Received is Incorrect There is no Restocking Fee Charge, and You Will be Refunded The Cost of The Material Once it’s Returned and Confirmed.
  • Opened Products are Considered Used. Any Damage to The Product's Original Packaging Will Result in The Product Being Considered Used. Any Used Products Will Not be Accepted as Returns and Refunds will Not Be Issued.

Customer Returns – Due to Customer Error, Change in Plan, Customer Ordered Incorrectly, Etc.

Voluntary Returns for a Refund - Customers are Responsible for Shipping and Handling Fees. Product Received is Correct and Returned at The Buyer's Request, There Will be a 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE of The Purchase Price. This is Subject to Inspection and Then Acceptance of The Return.

  • Products must meet the following conditions:
  • Unopened Packaging
  • Unused and Undamaged
  • In Salable Condition.
  • Opened Product is Considered Used and we are Unable to Re-Sell. Any Used Product Will Not be Accepted and No Credit Will be Issued.
  • Returns are not accepted on orders over $750.

Voluntary Returns for Credit - Customers are Responsible for Shipping and Handling Fees. Product Received is Correct and Returned at The Buyer's Request, There Will be a 10% RESTOCKING CHARGE of The Purchase Price. This is Subject to Inspection and Then Acceptance of The Return.

  • Products are Considered Used. Any Damage to The Product's Original Packaging will Result in The Product Being Considered Used. Any Used Products Will Not be Accepted as Returns and Refunds Will Not be Issued.

Special Orders:

  • Special Orders (Custom RFQs) Can’t be Cancelled or Modified After a Special Order has Been Placed With Our Office. Special Orders Must be Paid in Full.

International Orders:

  • Orders Placed and Shipped Internationally are Not Eligible for Voluntary Returns. Shipping Costs Will be at The Buyer's Expense and Refunds will Only be Issued as Store Credit.

Shipping Issues:

  • Shipping Issues Must be Brought to our Attention ASAP! This Includes The Following:
  • Damaged Packages in Shipping (Pictures Required)
  • Package Not Received
  • We Have 15 Days After The Date of Order Placement to Address These Issues
